Just a wee update on our move to digital weekly classes. It was all a bit strange teaching online these past two weeks, not being able to see you all in person and not to have our usual connection took a little while to get used to. And then we had a few tweaks with our sound and image quality – but I feel we’ve arrived now, it’s all a lot smoother and our discussions after classes are really interesting as we share stories. Our group is reaching out far and wide now with folk from not only Scotland, but England, Ireland, Boston, Chicago, Detroit and South Africa.
So another small tweak for us which I feel will improve the numbers in our group and allow yogis from different parts of the globe to join us. I’m about to change the Saturday class to a Thursday at the same time. The first Thursday class will start Thursday 9 April at 7pm UK time. The links to access the Zoom classes are still the same.

What You Need - Meditation
A quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down and won't be disturbed
A warm blanket
If you're new to meditation, you should lie down. If you're experienced, choose a position that is comfortable for you.
What You Need - Yoga
A yoga mat
Props (blocks and bricks) if you have them
How to Join the Class
Initially, there is no upfront charge for these classes, as they are donation-based and you simply pay what you feel the class is worth.
Braxton offers personalised one-on-one classes or small group classes for you and a group of friends. Personal consultation classes may incorporate a range of yoga styles, meditation, pranayama breath control, purifications, etc. to suit your individual needs.
