Switch off your inner critic and boost your creativity (and efficiency) with guided yoga and meditation alongside writing exercises and lots of quiet, focused time to write. For beginner and experienced yogis and writers.

Angie and Braxton will create a warm supportive space to guide and support you in the inspirational surroundings of Plane Castle, a 15th century castle in Stirlingshire, setting the scene for you to fully explore your writing journey.

The programme will include a combination of yoga, writing and meditation. The wellness elements of the retreat will allow you to focus on any writing you are currently working on – a memoir, a novel, academic texts, poetry, short stories, etc.

You will also have an opportunity to have a one-on-one with Angie, our resident writing coach, as well as a personal consultation with Braxton on yoga, healing breath and meditation.
