Threads of the Universe is a brand new series of yogic, calisthenic and somatic movement classes. Alongside both slow release and dynamic breathing, there will be various forms of deep meditation and live sound baths. These sessions will bring together a collection of spiritual threads, including:

Threads Of The Universe Launch & Spiritual Immersion
This will be the official launch, taking place in Edinburgh at Bellfield Portobello on Saturday, 15 February from 18.00 - 21.00. An evening of spiritual immersion, ambient illumination and soft sounds. The holistic and wellbeing practices include:

Museum of Edinburgh Sessions
Braxton's 'Threads of the Universe’ wellbeing sessions also include a programme in collaboration with the Museum of Edinburgh.
The workshops will be mixed and explore various yogic, sounds and somatic practices, which will embrace: meditation, somatic and yogic movement, organic soundscapes and both pranayama and transitional breathwork, all set in an enchanting natural space in the city.
Please bring your own mat, blanket/cover, eye mask and water.

Yoga + Meditation Private & Group Workshops
If you have a small group and you wish to create your own yoga workshop, simply contact Braxton, and he'll help you organise a bespoke workshop.
These workshops can be catered for those experiencing meditation for the first time or with groups who have more experience and wish to participate in mindfulness sessions catered to a specific subject.
